just wondering if anyone knows whether or not masturbating has an adverse effect on jelqing. like if i were to masturbate before or after i jelqed, would the effects of the jelqing be negated?

The short answer is it depends. if you have trouble with getting too erect then blowing a load before hand can be helpful. Otherwise if you don’t have this problem, blowing a load before hand can make it tough to keep the appropriate degree of erection. I personally avoid ejac before jelqing, I think that ejac before stretching actually can be mostly helpful since getting to puffy can make stretches less effective. As for blowing after… everyone seems to have thier own theories and opinions.
