Jelqing

I just started dry jelqing. It seems to work better for me.

What does everyone think is better overhand or underhand

Grip or maybe a mix of both? I am in my third week and just started

To notice a little improvement in width.

I find underhand can draw more blood to the head of the penis. For a jelqing session I do 90% underhand 10% overhand.

Ok this gainer I will see how that goes. I now realize dry is better than wet.

Are dry jelqs not painful? You guys use no type of lube/solution at all?

I thought they would be real painful too. But there really not.
