I’ve read all the threads on jelqing and know the theory behind it and the results, but I have some questions on my personal experiences. I’m a newb, so I want to make sure I am doing this right and developing good habits.
When I jelq, it is with a good erection; probably 80% or so. I am squeezing pretty hard and taking about 3-4 seconds. I don’t really feel a big increase in pressure, and the head does get bigger but not substantially. Today I started jelqing at around a 50% erection. My cock was full of blood, but not standing up and not very hard. I could really feel the blood get compressed as I jelqed, and I could feel a lot of pressure this way. The head became a lot bigger than the shaft.
Which way will produce the most gains? High erection level, or low?
Also, I saw on here that it is harder to get gains in length if you are getting a lot of girth gains, and that length gains should be attained first. Does it make more sense to just stretch more and not do girth exercises, or should I stretch and jelq just to get my conditioning up since I’m a newb, and then maybe move to just stretching and hanging to get length first and go for girth later?
I have a Bib hanger on the way. Should I wait until 3 months of newbie routine is over to start hanging low weights?
