I joined a few weeks ago, but have only just really started doing the exercises very recently. I’ve tried some stretching, followed by dry jelqing about 4 or 5 days a week. I was just wondering which is usually most effective, the dry jelq or wet jelq, and what other exercises are best considering I don’t have a lot of time?
I’m currently about 5.8” x 4.5” and hope to be about 6.5” x 5 or something like that, but any gains are great!
