Hi all,

I joined a few weeks ago, but have only just really started doing the exercises very recently. I’ve tried some stretching, followed by dry jelqing about 4 or 5 days a week. I was just wondering which is usually most effective, the dry jelq or wet jelq, and what other exercises are best considering I don’t have a lot of time?

I’m currently about 5.8” x 4.5” and hope to be about 6.5” x 5 or something like that, but any gains are great!

The duration of the Newbie routine is just about 25 minutes. It’s not that long considering my routine is 70 minutes.

I’ve always wondered which was best:
dry jelq / wet jelq… clamping @ base / clamping btb… warm up with cloth / warm up with rice sock… amount of rest days… heat.. etc

To tell you the truth, I don’t know the answers to these and I’m not sure if there will be a “best” way to PE. I wish I knew every best method of PE but I learned that you’ll just have to experiment and stick to what feels right and fits your needs.

I wet jelq but that’s just me.

Its not that one of the jelqs is “better” than the other, its purely down to personal preference.

Some say that dry jelqs target girth, whereas wet jelqs target length, but then some will debate that its down to erection level whilst jelqing, not whether you wet or dry jelq.

As you’re a newbie I would suggest the wet jelq. I personally went a little overboard on dry jelqs when I was a newbie, and couldnt get a 100% erection for 2 weeks.

The newbie routine should take maybe 25 minutes, and doesnt have to be done all in one go. Do the stretching whilst in the bath/shower or something, save time that way.

Thanks a lot for your feedback guys, I might give the wet jelq a go then to see how that feels. Can you just do it in the shower or do you need special lubrication.e.g olive oil or baby lotion or something?

Use lubrication. Vaseline, Olive oil, Vaseline Body Lotion, stuff like that. Water from the shower won’t cut it, in my opinion.

I liked the baby oil for wet jelq’s, but that was before I got serious, and have been experimenting with my hot tub, so it’s just water for me.
