Jelqing while soft

Ok I am new to this my erect length is 6 inches even and 5 3/8 girth.. And I want to know is ok/possible to jelq while flaccid and is it beneficial?

Try it with a partial erection; kind of fat but not hard yet. Pliable and bendable. That way the blood will easily flow up and down your shaft as you move your hand, causing the cc to expand while you do that.
