I know I have talked about this before but I just want to see if anyone can give me some new suggestions.

The other day after I finished jelqing I did what I always do, I used my rice sock for my warm down for 5 min. Then I did about 65 kegels. After that I procceded to masturbate. In the prosses my Left Vas Deferens tensed up on me causing some discomfort. It happend twice while I was masturbating. This has never happened to me before. I highly doubt that masturbating had anything to do with it. Perhapse my penis was to hard while I was jelqing, or maybe I was just jelqing to hard? Maybe as a result of jelqing to hard, while masturbating it caused my Left Vas Deferens to tens up! However, this is all speculation on my part. Most likley I’m just going to take a few days off. IF ANYONE ONE HAS ANY ADVICE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

You have given the ideal advice yourself, take a few days off to let it heal.

How do I know if I’m jelqing to hard or even doing it right? I’ve watched the video of jelqing but it’s hard to see exactly how he’s jelqing b/c the guys in the video has not been circumcised! Also I read that jelqing past 80% is BAD! I have a feeling that I was at 80% or a little higher when I jelqed last. How can I tell what percentage I’m at! Can’t we just say that it’s good to jelq when your penis is at half mast or somewhere in between half mast and fully erect!

I thought that I was doing pretty well but now b/c of this set back I’m just totally confused about jelqing in general! How will I know if I even doing it right.

You know that you jelqed to hard when you feel pain, not soreness. To get the %, estimate. You will get the idea after some experience with jelqing.

So I guess my Vas Deferens tensing up on me constitutes as pain (obviously).
So when I jelq next I should be hard but not too hard.

One more thing when jelqing I don’t want to be just pulling on skin, right. So even though I’ve been circumcised, should I use my free hand to pull back the extra skin?

But then even having a boner ;) for a longer time than usual (or more erect than usual) can make your vas deferens (or the skin on your glans) feel VERY tight and even painful to the point where you lose erection level due to the PAIN being caused by the erection.

It’s all a stretchable issue though (just like tight pussies in a common saying around where I live ;) ).

obviously you know something about this then. What percentage or how hard should I be when I jelq next, so I don’t irritate or cause pain to my vas deferens?

Hm, don’t ask me, this is one of the things I was never able to figure out right for me ;)
Commonly accepted knowledge is 20-40% erection for length and 60-80% for girth.

You can try jelqing above it, but it’s VERY easy to build up a clamping-like pressure that way.. Thus on second thought, no, please do not try it until you know your dick :P

As for the “percentage you should be at when you jelq next”:
This so totally depends on the physiology of your dick, the tightness you are able to create with your hand(s) (hence pressure inside your dick) and the injuries you may have.

If in doubt or pain, stop doing what you did when it started.
Usually you “just know” when you are doing something stupid to your dick (or in any other area of your life)… Usually you “just know” you are about to do something stupid.. And usually you are going to feel the pain for doing stupid things to your dick lateron.. So why not stop doing what “you just know” could be stupid… And be reasonable for a change.. Listen to what your body says (Yes, this includes your dick!!) and go from there :)

I, uncut, leave the skin over the glans when jelqing. Don’t see a reason why a guy should pull back his skin, when he is either cut or uncut, while jelqing.

“The foreskin is an extra complication in the jelqing process. It can simply be ignored and allowed to collect over the glans. This method tends to increase fluid buildup in the foreskin and can, in the extreme, cause minor pain. The swelling may take some time to subside but can be a considered a minor side effect. This method will exert most force for skin stretch on the skin near the base of the penis, potentially causing a TURKEY NECK EFFECT.

It can be achieved in two ways, either by fully releasing the hand at the glans before applying a new grip at the base or by releasing the first hand only enough to allow the skin to retract under the grip. There are several members who believe in this. But several members, including me, has experienced personally that there isn’t a correlation between pulling the foreskin back and the things you stated above. I can tell you that I never pulled back the foreskin with any PE exercise, including jelqing and stretching. My foreskin looks the same as it did before I started PE. Yes it did grew some, but it grew at the same rate of my penis. Fortunately it did, otherwise I should have gotten a circumcision.

Since I have been circumcised will my skin stay the same and grow at the same rate as my penis if I do not pull it back when I’m jelqing and stretching?

Yes, you are correct. Pulling back isn’t necessary.

I tried jelqing for the first time a week ago.On the first day I jelqed for 10 minutes.After the session my dick hanged havier,as it’s written in the PE manual.on the other days I did everything as it’s written,but my unit didn’t stay havy.Is it necessary to hang havier after each session?I used a 2 day on 1 day off routine.

No, it isn’t necessary.
