Jelqing the other way

I know this might sound weird and it might even be unsafe. I know jelqing goes from base to head, but could you possibly promote growth perhaps base girth by jelqing from head to base? Has this ever been talked about? Thanks a lot.

That is a reverse jelq, good for getting the base girth like you said, but also good for gaining length for your inner penis. Perform a search on reverse jelq and read around.
