Jelqing the bottom half of the shaft


Believe this is known as the baseball bat effect. Something that can be difficult to avoid, try mixing up your routine with maybe pumping or perhaps a stronger grip lightening as you go up.

If I recall correctly, you can do a reverse jelq of sorts by gripping around your base and jelqing up, then down, creating a end jelq effect on the base. Er, try some research and look around.

I’m getting the baseball effect going on majorly, already did before I start PE but it’s worsening, I’ll try and fix it but oh well I’ll take what ever gains I can wherever I can!
