When you start to move away from the newbie routine is there a ratio between jelqing and stretching you should try to stick to like 2:1 in favor of jelqing or stretching and warm up should be half as much as your jelq session?

Or is it just a general rule of thumb no matter what the time, you should be doing more jelqing than stretching? And when you start to amp up the time on your jelqing and stretching do you increase the warm up time too?

Warm-up stay the same, as far as I know. And yes, it’s just a rule of a thumb. It also depends on your goals and what works better for you.

I have seen routines of successful gainers that involved no jelqing, and I have seen routines that involved no stretching. Like marinera said it depends on your personal goals, there is no golden ratio that applies to all routines. As you’re moving away from the newbie routine you should check out the other successful members routines who gained size in the area you are looking to improve (length, girth, glans, veins, etc.).
