Jelqing-stretching equipment for beginner shoulder injury
Hello to you all.
I’m a 22 year old uni student with stats of NBPEL bordering 5” and EBPL of around 5.4 and only 4.2 erect girth and I would like to try to get my NBPEL to nearly 6” and girth closer to 5” by about a years time.
My main query is regarding equipment. I know it is generally advised to get started with regular exercises without equipment before moving onto more advanced methods.
However, I have just had a shoulder operation and from previous experience, jelqing regularly isn’t too kind of my shoulder. As a result, I am considering purchasing the jelqing device along with other stretching pieces.
Please could some of you more experience folk kindly advise me as to what the best equipment are for my situation to try to make length/girth gains, if money wasn’t a major factor.
