I know that most suggest using the three second rule for each jelq stroke. If one was doing 100 strokes, about how long (in minutes) does that take? Also, can i post a video for jelqing critique on Thunders?

Goal: NBPEL: 8.0'', EG: 5.5''

100 strokes * 3 second=300 seconds=5 minutes.

Simple math got me to that conclusion as well. I just wanted to make sure that i was taking the right amount of time.

Just watch some on-line videos. You will get the hang of it. Soon you will realize you can push blood around inside your cock and create pressure and expansion. Practice makes perfect.

Well, 5 minutes to do 100 jelqs is pretty efficient. It takes me about 15 minutes to do 200 jelqs give or take. Keep in mind that all of my strokes are not 3 seconds, some are shorter some are longer, but I guess it averages out to about 3 seconds.

The 3 second jelq recommendation is the general concensus though some incorporate a light stretch and hold at the end of each jelq. Along with kegeling and holding the stretch, if time is not a huge concern each jelq can take 7 - 10 seconds. Some swear by 100 - 150 jelqs even though actual time spent jelqing is comparable to someone else doing 400 - 500 jelqs.

It will take 5 minutes if you go and do them all without a single rest or break. Don’t worry about the time it takes. Just make sure it doesn’t take less than five minutes but don’t worry if it takes ten. I personally get a much better workout when I take it slow and really focus on every jelq.

I feel that time under pressure is more important than number of strokes.

So I always time instead of count (10 minutes)

And I use a 10 second stroke (more time under pressure per session = more efficient)

And I find that a short stroke yields inconsistent, less controllable pressure.

Just my personal opinion, other’s results and opinions may vary.
