Jelqing ruins my EQ EVERYTIME

I’ve been at PE on and off for over 4 years and, with regards to jelqing, I’ve tried:

> Dry/wet jelq
> OK, C, V grip
> light grip (almost like masturbation) and tight grip
> As little as 10 jelqs per day (2 on/2 off)

The problem is, no matter what jelqing routine I try it ruins my EQ. I could do 10 feather grip jelqs right now and my penis will turtle and i’ll wake up tomorrow with poor EQ. Does anyone else experience this? Anyone know why this happens - I suspect it’s a problem with my Ischio…

Yes I do - with a rice sock. I think the muscles at the base of my penis are just super sensitive.

If a feather grip jelq is essentially nothing more than a masturbation level of effort on your dick, have you found this behavior in your penis from regular sexual activity as well?

Me too, hence my question. I was actually thinking it could be a psychosomatic reaction. Now, if it happens when he has regular sex then it’s probably something physical. However if “feather jelqing” is really not more than jerking off and that doesn’t create this problem then I think it’s a mind thing not a dick thing.

Try with different types of jelqs and try to play with different pressures to see if you can find one that fits your needs.

It sounds like if you even think about jelqing you have a problem. Guess it is not for you.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I can’t really say because I have only had sex twice. However, when I masturbate I usually need 2-3 days to recover…

Age: 28
Health: As far as I know it’s fine. I had blood work done 12 months ago and I had low Vitamin D deficiencies. I take vitamin D supplements.
Circulation: Terrible circulation to hands and feet since i was a kid. 50% of the time i have hard flaccid — this started after I began PE. Hard flaccid remains even after months of rest.
Diet: Reasonably balanced, but not perfect.

If you need 2-3 days to recover from masturbation then yes, perhaps your physiology isn’t meant to be jelqed.
