Jelqing Routine

Hey guys, am posting this message wondering if these techniques, “jelqing”, “edging”, and” ballooning” should be done in different hours or even days. I am learning that jelqing for 5 minutes is enough though.I’m going at it about 200 times, and resting in between if I realize I am near “edging” point. I would appreciate your comments.thanks

Remember, do SLOW jelq strokes. Three seconds a stroke.

If your new take it easy and just jelq for now,then you can add more exercises as you go,but you can do them together if you like,overtraining will do more harm then good

Hm.. I’m working at about two seconds a stroke. Should I go slower or am I fine since I have less to work with?

Speed is all about feel. If you feel you are pushing a ‘wave of blood’ up your penis in a controlled way, your speed is fine.
