I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a little over a month now. I’ve been doing the week 1 routine (I missed the note about increasing the amount of stretches and jelq weekly, oops). My question is about jelq methods. I read to use either the wet or dry jelq. After reviewing the videos I have been inadvertently using the jelq-squeeze method this whole time. Is that good, bad, or indifferent? Or can the jelq-squeeze method be used in place of the wet/dry jelq?
