I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a little over a month now. I’ve been doing the week 1 routine (I missed the note about increasing the amount of stretches and jelq weekly, oops). My question is about jelq methods. I read to use either the wet or dry jelq. After reviewing the videos I have been inadvertently using the jelq-squeeze method this whole time. Is that good, bad, or indifferent? Or can the jelq-squeeze method be used in place of the wet/dry jelq?

It is more intense than wet/dry jelq.

Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Although it’s recommended for those with a more conditioned penis, if you’ve been able to tolerate it you might as well continue.

Thanks for the info guys.. Of course when I do make it to the 6 week routine, I don’t know if my arms or hands could sustain 600 jelq-squeezes.. They are kind of hard to do. I have started using a cock ring down at the base so I don’t have to grip so tight with the base holding hand.
