Okay I was in a hurry, and I did a jelqing session. But I felt like I went to fast. Should I do it again today before I go to bed? Thanks!

How many did you do? This is a hard question to answer. What pressure? Good warmup? How long (time?) We need to know these details to help you.

Having said that, I would rather undertrain than overtrain any day of the week. You don’t ever want to overtrain and damage your dick. Personally, I think you might just be enthusiastic about PE and just want to jump right at it, which is good. Just let it be I say; PE isn’t a sprint. Its a marathon. And you don’t ever want to over workout during a marathon; you’ll get hurt.

Just stick to your normal routine and do your next PE when you are supposed to. Consider today’s PE done.
