Hey guys,

Quick question. Do any of you guys are/ were unable to gain and keep a semi-erection while jelqing?? I have absolutely no problem getting one otherwise except during PE. Also the first couple of weeks that I tried PE I had no problem getting it up. I heard somewhere that sometimes it has to do with eating and sleeping patterns but mine seems to be about normal. I do, well try to do jelqing after stretches. Do you think that I should put it first? Any input would be greatly appreciated..

Try stretching after the jelqs. If that doesn`t do it, I don’t know, stop jerking or fucking, maybe in time you`ll get so horny your dick will get erect just by thinking of PE .

Jelqing is a good exercise for girth, for beginners it should be the only one I think.

Looks like you overdid it. Take a break. Also it may help by putting jelqing first.

Thanks. Sometime ago, after warming up I was doing jelqs first and was able to get a semi-erection and and was able to complete the whole exercise. So I think now, I will put jelqs at the start of the exercise.

According to the Newbie Routine, I should be doing jelqs for 10minutes. That’s what I do. If anything, I might do 5minutes of Jelq and hold.

There are many possibilities: grip too tight, kegel too often, physicaly too tired.

I did a PE session tonight and put jelqing first, it took some time to get up, but less time than before and it stayed up for most of the exercise. Finally.
