It’s possible there’s something wrong with the plumbing, or rather the physiology of your ability to get and maintain an erection beyond anything you may or may not have done through PE.
If you are experiencing erectile dysfunction to a greater or lesser degree it could be be mental as well as physical. You have to experiment to find out.
Get a physical done and tell your Doctor your looking for the CAUSE and not ask for pharmaceuticals to mask a potential problem.
As far as PE is concerned, I concur with a-unit. You have to experiment to find what works for you. There are approaches that seem to suit some people better than others.
I am over 35 and found amazing results as far as better EQ and some fairly good gains in a few short months.
Also, don’t neglect the other kind of exercise and what you are eating and drinking as well. You have to watch your OVERALL health for a healthy penis. It can do wonders at helping erection frequency and quality. For real.
Failing that, go get yourself some Pycnogenol, Gingko Biloba, Arginine, Horny goat weed, Coenzyme Q10, Pantothenic acid, Lecithin, Omega 3-6-9 and a good multivitamin.
Don’t take them all at the same time. Try a couple of combinations.
Arginine and Gingko or Pycnogenol work quite well together. Also Pantothenic acid ( B5 ) and Lecithin work well together too. These have been known to help facilitate erection or improve EQ. Or else get the little blue pill.
