I’ve been jelqing for years, on and off. A few years back, I tried it, and gained like 1/4 inch. I stopped. And recently, I tried it again. I noticed my penis was shorter again. So I started jelqing. I gained like 1/4 inch so now it’s 7.5” bpl.

I am STUCK at this level. It doesn’t want to grow any more. Does that mean I’ve done what I can?

Also, I find erections are harder to maintain now. Could be getting older though. I think I did jelqing when my penis was too erect and screwed it up permanently.

How many of you over age 24 have had any significant gains jelqing? If so what were they and did they peak out at some number? Are erections harder to maintain now?

And how do you know it’s stuck? How long have you been doing Pe since you started again?

It’s possible there’s something wrong with the plumbing, or rather the physiology of your ability to get and maintain an erection beyond anything you may or may not have done through PE.

If you are experiencing erectile dysfunction to a greater or lesser degree it could be be mental as well as physical. You have to experiment to find out.

Get a physical done and tell your Doctor your looking for the CAUSE and not ask for pharmaceuticals to mask a potential problem.

As far as PE is concerned, I concur with a-unit. You have to experiment to find what works for you. There are approaches that seem to suit some people better than others.

I am over 35 and found amazing results as far as better EQ and some fairly good gains in a few short months.

Also, don’t neglect the other kind of exercise and what you are eating and drinking as well. You have to watch your OVERALL health for a healthy penis. It can do wonders at helping erection frequency and quality. For real.

Failing that, go get yourself some Pycnogenol, Gingko Biloba, Arginine, Horny goat weed, Coenzyme Q10, Pantothenic acid, Lecithin, Omega 3-6-9 and a good multivitamin.
Don’t take them all at the same time. Try a couple of combinations.
Arginine and Gingko or Pycnogenol work quite well together. Also Pantothenic acid ( B5 ) and Lecithin work well together too. These have been known to help facilitate erection or improve EQ. Or else get the little blue pill.

How many jelqs are you doing?

Perhaps you could increase the number.
