I decided to start doing the newbie routine to try this out, it didn’t seem to hard and didn’t seem like it’d take long.
For jelqing and stretching your penis was not meant to be erect, only like semi-hard. But whenever I begin to play with my penis by stretching or jelqing, hell even when I do warm rap, it goes hard.
Is it okay to masturbate before the session so my penis doesn’t go hard? Or is there some method that you can use that makes your penis not go hard?
It’s hard to do any of the PE exercises when my penis goes erect after touching it, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
