Jelqing: Minutes or strokes
I recently had a break from PE, so last week I started again with the Newbie Routine. It says I have to make 10 minutes of jelqs (two hundred 3-second strokes). When I make them I seem to do the two hundred stokes in 15-20 minutes.
What should I aim for next time I do my routine? Should I just jelq for 10 minutes, or go for the two hundred? (Remember that the Newbie Routine says that in six weeks I should do 30 minutes of jelqing)
