Ok I’ve been reading through a few of the threads and have found some interesting information about the erection levels for Jelqing.

For girth do Jelqing between 60-80 %

For length do Jelqing between 20-40 %

During my Jelqing session I sit down and I’d say my penis is about 60 to 80 percent sometimes it seems like more. Well if I continue to sit my penis doesn’t go down at all. So I stand up and then my penis finally becomes less erect. I’m not sure on the exact minutes, but I Jelq for around 25 minutes sitting and standing. Since I’m more concerned with length should I just sit down and jelq till it’s at 80 percent then stand or try to do the whole session standing although I don’t believe I can keep it at 20 to 40 percent for 25 mins. Oh I also do a stretching exercise before my Jelqing session for length as well. I wouldn’t mind adding a little girth, but mostly concerned with length. Any suggestions would be welcomed thanks.

I do them all standing, I also kegel to keep the blood and do squats at the same time to enhance the effect

I usually do my Kegel throughout the day, but not during my exercise. I can give it a try though, I just don’t want to go totally limp and lose all progress for that day.
