Hey guys,

I haven’t been on for about a month now. I got a new job and my schedule is all wack. But it’s nice to be back. But as for jelqing. From the time I started to now, I have never felt like my penis was fully engorged with blood after a jelqing session. Unfortunately I can’t say my penis has hanged heavy and fuller after a routine. I’m doing the newbie routine to the “T”.

I feel if I increase my intensity, I’ll get negative PI’s.

I sometimes do a manual clamp at base for about a minute. After I do something like that I feel fuller and heavier. But only for a min. What should I do? I know having a nice full hang after a workout is great. But I don’t have that. It hangs longer slightly just not fuller. Any advice?

I think it’s rather more due to the break you have had. You only started last month and you have been off most time since then.

You need some sustained working out to make something happen just as in sport weightlifting etc.

I can only recommend more, and regular PE. But I Know this may not be possible at present. I’m afraid it just boils down to you having to be patient and perhaps wait a while until you can do regular sessions.

I actually think you are overtraining even by following the newbie routine to the “T”; although I am pretty sure that the newbie routine doesn’t involve a manual clamp at the base for a minute. I like to hop in the bath for heat after, and if you want to hang fuller throw a cock ring on.

Could be a multitude of things; grip, stroke time, pre-heat or lack there of, intensity, time +/- or just outright consistency. When I started pumping, it was three weeks before I seen ANY expansion.

I warm up from 5-10 minutes, until my unit is kind of pinkish and warm. Then I stretch for 10 min. And jelq for 10. Then warm down for 5 minutes. I keep it simple but try doing it the best I can.

But I still never saw the full heavy hang that’s talked about. I’ll give it some more time.

* Jelquing continues every other day (pre warm 3-5 minutes)
1. Wet jelq with Equate lube @ 50% -70% erect
2. Moderate (pretty damn firm) pressure jelq at a 2-3 second tempo with good form
3. Jelq 10-20 minutes depending on “feel”
4. Every 10th jelq or so
* Maintain grip at glans
* Grip at base at same time
* Keggle in blood
* Apply a small force toward the center shaft creating a ballooning effect
* Perform (carefully, mindful of pressures) mild bends under pressure up/down
5. Post warm 3-5 minutes

I pre warm with a soak in just tolerable water, works great. If your primary goal from jelqing is girth then I would drop the stretch time and make my jelq 15-20 minutes. Try this routine for a couple of weeks and see if it helps.

Many people, myself included often get retraction post jelq. Jelqing places alot of stress on your unit and this temporary retraction is not uncommon after a good jelq session. You should never have pain, but I always feel my unit has been worked. I have yielded great gains with this methodology. I have never had a PE related injury and had my best EQ and girth gains with doing this routine consistently.

Bear in mind though that length gains tend to be more difficult when one gains significantly in girth first.

Supplements that help to maintain optimal blood flow and speed recovery are quite helpful as well such as ginko and L- arginine.

I would like to point out what richard does in his 4th step above. I do that occasionally throughout the day, instead of piss pulls. Then in the evening I warm up, get some olive oil out, and do about 50 quality jelqs, and like richard above, about every 10 I do that squeeze, and not very hard either. I have been hanging thicker, fuller, and longer every day since I began that about a week ago. Pre jelq, post jelq, during the day; doesn’t matter, I attribute it to the squeeze and only a few, high quality jelqs.

I would like to add that I only jelq every other day. On my “off” day I just do those squeezes throughout the day and maybe some stretching. This is all after doing a year or two of major jelq sessions, some clamping etc. I think I have found my zone, and it is way lighter a workload than I would have thought, even after reading what everyone says, “less is more”, which it is.

Often times, less is indeed more. Many newbies get frustrated because they try to apply the “if 10 minutes works, then 30 will really work” school of thought. We have to realize and acknowledge that gains actually take place when healing time is adequate. We grow when we rest essentially.

Sounds like you for one have the right plan and should see great gains. Another basic philosophy that many overlook is “if it aint broke, don’t fix it”. If you are seeing gains in your sweet spot and all is right with the world, don’t change your routine until you see signs of a plateau due to attenuation.

I made my best gains at every other day jelqing with good form. Everyday would have likely brought about EQ issues and frustration and eventually abandonment of PE all together muttering “this shit don’t work!” Alot of people have un-realistic expectations of 2” gain in 3 months if they “hit it hard”. I have a simple philosophy; “It took genetics 15+ years to build your 6” penis, why would a person not expect to spend a year or more to make it 7”?
