* Jelquing continues every other day (pre warm 3-5 minutes)
1. Wet jelq with Equate lube @ 50% -70% erect
2. Moderate (pretty damn firm) pressure jelq at a 2-3 second tempo with good form
3. Jelq 10-20 minutes depending on “feel”
4. Every 10th jelq or so
* Maintain grip at glans
* Grip at base at same time
* Keggle in blood
* Apply a small force toward the center shaft creating a ballooning effect
* Perform (carefully, mindful of pressures) mild bends under pressure up/down
5. Post warm 3-5 minutes
I pre warm with a soak in just tolerable water, works great. If your primary goal from jelqing is girth then I would drop the stretch time and make my jelq 15-20 minutes. Try this routine for a couple of weeks and see if it helps.
Many people, myself included often get retraction post jelq. Jelqing places alot of stress on your unit and this temporary retraction is not uncommon after a good jelq session. You should never have pain, but I always feel my unit has been worked. I have yielded great gains with this methodology. I have never had a PE related injury and had my best EQ and girth gains with doing this routine consistently.
Bear in mind though that length gains tend to be more difficult when one gains significantly in girth first.
Supplements that help to maintain optimal blood flow and speed recovery are quite helpful as well such as ginko and L- arginine.
