Hello

I wanted to ask how hard should I jelq (I’m near the end of my 2nd week of PE now). I noticed that if also press on the underside of the penis with the index finger (from the OK grip - I do an overhand) and have a really tight grip I get a little pain sensation in the head (the glans). If I grip more like a you than an O (applying more pressure on the sides of the penis and less on the underside) I can apply more pressure with less discomfort.

So my question is: is the “no pain no gain” saying from body building also true in PE or should I treat my penis more carefully?

Also, can I split my jelqing in sets.. Like 10min in the morning and 10min in the evening or something like that?

Any other advices are very welcome.

1 Soreness is OK, pain not. Soreness is the feeling you have after a good workout in the gym. Pain is anything that goes above that.

2 That is OK, only less effective.

Hey I just browsed the forum a little more/deeper and found out that training the sides mostly increases the length more than the width (targets the CC) and the girth gained makes a harder erection than the other way (what I mean is that the CCs are harder than the CS in an erect penis). So, for now I will do the you grip jelq and leave the girth for later (form what I understand with girth comes a harder to stretch/lengthen penis. And I can keep a high intensity too :)

Not as I understand. Yes, with U grip you are more likely targeting the CC, which is for girth (as long as you are at about 70% erect). The OK grip with tight grip at base is more likely targeting the CS, and it is believed that it will make your head bigger, and it looks like you are doing ULI.

If you do a search about the anatomy, you will understand my point, and try to search the anatomy thread that has Westla’s comments & explanation, for me he is kind of anatomy master in TP.
