Jelqing in puberty

I’m 19 so I’m not under aged, but if I were to of started jelqing while I was 15 or 16, could that of sped up the natural growth process on top of gains? Also, I need a good girth routine to start out with

I don’t know that anyone has really looked into this issue in any depth. i suspect that, yes, it would have helped. You’re actually getting started far younger than most guys, so consider yourself lucky in that respect.
