Jelqing friction/heat.

Everyone knows that it’s recommended to do warm-ups. Do any of you believe that friction created by light jelqing could create enough heat to compensate for skipping the warm-up?

There shouldn’t be friction when jelqing. You should wet jelq with some kind of lubricant, or dry jelq with loose skin that allows a smooth movement. No friction.

Some guys never use a warm up and do well. If you’re able to make a rice/flax seed sock or use a heating pad beforehand, I think it helps, but I also don’t think it’s absolutely necessary.

Not the friction, but the warm blood you force up and down will warm up your unit good. After a few minutes jelqing, the penis is never cold.
