I been jelqing and stretching for 3 weeks. It seems like my girth been improving not my length. I want to know if i keep at this rate will this have a impact on my length gains?. Iam considering hanging but want to wait until iam properly conditioned. I jelq semi-erect with a good amount of pressure at 3 second strokes, should i ligthen up my grip and maybe jelq with a plump flaccid to make sure i’m not putting too much stress on the tunica?.

Can somebody help me out here?. I been reading alot of threads on this subject and havent got the answer i need. I’m guessing 50 percent erect is semi-erect?.

Mike, generally speaking the higher the erection level, the more the target on girth, and the other way around. Unfortunately, what you are going to gain is mostly out of control : some get girth whatever they do, others get length whatever they do, others again get nothing - so, be happy with what you gain. That said, once you have reached your girth goal, you can start targeting your length.

Your best option for now is probably adding another stretching day to your routine, so your length gains can match your girth gains. Be careful to not use too much force when stretching, because your penis will tend to shortens as reaction, giving even more the idea that girth is growing and length isn’t.

I would give it longer than 3 weeks before deciding to rework your PE routine. Your initial girth but not length gains may well simply be an improvement in EQ and penis health. Which would be a good pre-gains indicator.

My EQ always been 100 percent so i’m pretty sure its girth gains and as far as the stretching gos i been strecthing with a good amount of force SD for 20 minutes everyday. It does seem like my penis is getting shorter but the measurements are the same maybe the improvement girth is giving me that illusion. I tried anal with one of my Lady friends last night and she wasnt having it. I had anal sex with quite a few partners and they never beg me to take it out like this one:) . If i replace stretching with light hanging for the next two months say about 5lbs for 1 hour a day until i’m more conditioned to go heavy would that give me better results?. My goal is length at least 1.5 inches and whatever i can get on the girth gains would be nice. I dont mind the gains iam getting now i just want to make sure its not going to effect my length gains.

You might want to back off on what is increasing your girth currently sense you now know what to do to make that happen, I would pick up a redi stretcher and just start hanging really light weights and work your way up as you want to get your length before getting to much girth gains, as once you gain in girth, it will make your length gains far more difficult.

I’m considering it, i bought all the supplies i need yesterday to make a chicken choker hanger. I think i would see the results i’m looking for but i been doing PE for about a month so what do i know. Most ppl that been doing this for awhile been telling me to stick to jelqing and stretching so i want to respect their opinions on the newbie routine. I do use my dick everyday so injury is not something i can hide from the ladies, there going to be wondering why they aint getting there weekly doses. So with that being said i want to be careful but if anyone started hanging light after a month i would like to know how that worked out for them.

You really haven’t been doing PE long enough to switch up too much. I would stick with the stretching and jelqing another month or two before changing too much. The other thing to concider is if you are stretching too much or hard.

I stretch for 20 minutes every day until i feel alot of strain on my ligs and hold it for 5 minutes rotating hands. Basically like iam hanging but using my hands, i dont allow my ligs to get a rest except the cpl of seconds it takes me to switch hands. Do you think iam going overboard with the stretching?. The last thing i need is to lose size and if i lighten up on the pressure wouldnt i be going backwards since my dick is already accustomed to the tension i been putting on it?.

I do that with 2 on 1 off jelq routine for 30 minutes.

You’d be surprised how much force you can generate with your hands/arms. Especially since the force will continually fluctuate (unlike if you were actually hanging). I’d say you’re seriously over doing it. Think marathon, NOT sprint. Relax, you don’t want to toughen your unit up like that. It’ll make gains so much harder to come by in the future. You’re already using your dick a lot, why are you in such a hurry?

Up the stretching in each direction by about 5 seconds each week. That’s the usual recommendation from what I’ve read.
