So, since about last saturday, i’ve been doing a new jelqing only rountine that i’ve created. The routine is simple:

100 jelqs when i wake
50 in the afternoon
100 before i sleep

I’m hoping to achieve gith gains with this. Maybe one day i can become a 7”+ girth monster. (: I may want a bit of length also, but we will have to see how this goes.

One more note: Would keeping a log on progress help out?

I appreciate all help and tips.

Im starting at 6” mseg. I find that Jelqing straight out. and jelqing in the manual stretch directions. up, up-right, up-left, down, down right, down left, are helping to fatten up the old boy. I’ve also taken to working up a full erect. sitting on the side of the tub with a wet washcloth draped over the unit and doing weighted raises helps. ;)

I’ve heard alot about the washcloth method. How many raises do you do in one sitting?

Good luck with growing girth. It’s something I’m after too. Jelqing, from what I’ve read, seems to be the first way to go about it.

Thanks, and i’ve also seen jelqing as a sucessful girth exercise. I’m hoping this “jelq-only” routine can help provide a bit of light.

I use two wash cloths. I throw both of them on there and pump out as many as i can (about 5) then take one off and do 5-10 more. then take a fast 15-20 sec. brake. I do 3-6 sets. I only just started these this week. so Im anticipating a higher count in the next few months. I definitely feel it. also it could be my imagination but I think they are making my base girth thicker? seems to me like I have MSEG of 6” and it tapers out to 6.5 right at the base.

I am starting to believe it is nature’s way that decides who gets more girth than others much like penis lengths
