I usually just Jelq once a day for around 10 minutes and that’s it, I feel that I’m not doing it enough or hard enough, I need Girth really badly, only 4” and need to be able to comfortably fit a condom by June, Should I jelq for like 30 minutes a day and jelq almost as hard as I can?

Jelq hand-over-hand for 30min every day. Do not apply too much pressure for the first 5min of jelqing. You should look very pumped after that and it should stay pumped somewhat until the next session. Remember to warm up with very warm cloth (flaccid). If you feel any pain whilst jelqing, then STOP. Oh, and how much pressure with each stroke is important I find. I can force pretty damn hard without any pain and I sure do look pumped after 40min of good rhythmic hand-over-hand jelqing.

Cosmology - you have to find what’s right for you. JelqVader claims to be able to do it for 30-45 minutes and that it works for him. That’s fine. But it may not work for you.

I have been doing this for a while and still can only do about 10 minutes of jelqing at a time before I get fatigued and start to turtle. For this 10 minutes, my grip is maybe only the slightest bit tighter than if I were masturbating. I have injured myself in the past by doing what JelqVader is doing (ended up being permanent, unfortunately), so do take care. You can’t set an end date for PE (especially only a couple months in the future) - you have to feel it out and figure out what works. It takes time to grow.

I wouldn’t take jelqvaders advice too seriously. That sounds extremely dangerous.. 30 minutes every day.

I tried an extra long jelq session and edge session yesterday and I got massive fluid build up and a record low eq (if I could even call it erect.)

Scared the crap out of me! Take it slow, condition, and be careful! A working penis is better than a non working penis, no matter the size.

Cosmology, you should not consider your routine in terms of how bad you want gains. I understand how you feel, but being hasty can very often lead to injury. You feel like 10 minutes is too little? I see that your join date to the forum is a month ago. Now, if you have been doing the newbie routine for a month, then it is safe to start doing more jelquing. But gradually, I can not stress that enough. Try increasing your jelq time by two minutes every week, and then ease into advanced exercises like squeezes and Uli’s. But like I said, you should do this only if you have been doing the newbie routine for at least a month.

The majority of threads that include something like “I need girth/length really badly” end up with their posters in the injury forum. You need to understand that there is no fast way. There simple isn’t. And by rushing things you can cause your dick harms. So look at it like you have two options:

1. Go slow and gradual, maybe you don’t get to your goal by this summer, but you gain some.
2. Go fast and hard and get no gains, but do get problems with your dick.

I think that the choice should be easy for any reasonably sane man.

And jelqvader. I am sick of you and your know it all attitude with 15 posts, of which 14 are from yesterday. Stop telling newbies they should jelq 30 minutes every day. I am serious about this. The newbie routine was composed by people who did PE when you did shit, and it was composed for a reason. And that is for newbies to get familiar with their own dicks, with the exercises, to avoid injury.

I will repeat to you what I wrote in your thread yesterday. Your thing works for you, and that’s great. But it is highly irresponsible from you to go around telling newbies that they should do it too. Echoing Chiken, Docsdaname1999 and GreenOnion, actually you don’t even know if it is working for you, JelqVader; basing on your words, I’m figuring that what you are having is massive fluids accumulation - same thing that happens to people who overpump and believe they are having incredible gains, when that is the secure path for no gains.

Forcing ‘pretty damn hard’ when jelqing is a retarded thing to do, it has an high chance to cause a major injury.

Excuse my dumb ass. After reading on it for awhile I see now that I am getting a big fluid buildup when jelqing (foreskin over head) for too long. Back to the drawing board for me.

P.S In this particular case @Chicken is right. I really do not give a flyin fried chicken fuk though if I get banned from this site, but to say I do try to mention warming up and going easy at first etc.

I don’t even know you, so I could say I don’t give a fuck about you. But I give a fuck about every guy who comes here and wants to make his dick bigger. We all know how easy it is for companies to take advantage of men’s insecurities and wishes for a bigger penis. That is why they sell a lot of fake pills that claim unreal growth in a short time. That is because everybody, everyone of us would like the fast solution. That’s why we have to be careful with claims of finding “The Routine”. Because some newbie will read your post, think about his gains being slow, start to jelq away like a madman, and then freak out because blood is coming out of his urethra.
So I know you mean well. You thought that you stumbled upon the perfect formula for growth and wanted to share it and help people. But like you just figured out, you’ve got a lot to learn. So do we all.
I assure you that there will be many more moments when you will think you got this totally figured out, and then find that it is not so.

Feel free to post if you think you are on to something again. Just keep in mind - the newbies do the newbie routine. Anything above that, you need to warn that it is not for them.

Ok@Chicken. Will try to be mindful in advices. I know we are all different. 30min for a guy is maybe too much too soon. I do feel sorry for him though. Hey keep at it and read as much as possible.

I will add though, for me, I reckon 10min just does not cut it! Noob or not, for a jelqing session. First few weeks 15min, then 20min, then after few months 25-35min for a great workout - if done right. I say this as 20min for me jelqing seem to fly by.
