ive read many different things about what every body believes. from flaccid jelqing does nothing to jelqing at any erection level is just the road to injury. i want to hear everybody’s opinion on this. ive been flaccid dry jelqing.

I’m interested in how you perform these flaccid jelqs, and how is your routine. You only do flaccid jelq? How long? Completely flaccid?

Please elaborate. Are you talking about jelqing at low erection levels, or literally flaccid (as in “bend your penis in half with no discomfort” flaccid)?

i added back mid erect jelqing because i feel it’s not targeting erect girth any but i keep the flaccid jelqing. when i say flaccid , i mean flaccid , 0% erect , going downward starting from the base with my index and thumb on the sides. i end up turning it into a minor stretch at the end and do it that way on top of a stretching routine , with a week of doing that im noticing a longer and fuller flaccid hang. i have to do it dry because if i use lotion there’s no chance of keeping myself flaccid. i took a break and started back up with stretching and dry flaccid jelqing only at first and my eq shot up through the roof , not that it was bad before but this must be doing something beneficial for growth. im interested in seeing what redfish has to say.

I’ve always done erect jelqs and don’t think I’ve gained at all (over a year of pe with a couple breaks). Will try flaccid.

Not sure if it makes too much of a difference. But I get more out of it when it’s slightly erect. I don’t want it to be too erect or else I must bust a vein or something. But I want enough blood in there to move it along as I jelq.


BPEL Start: 5 15/16". BPEL Current: 7 1/4". Short Term BPEL Goal: 7 1/2". Long Term BPEL 8"

EG Start: 5". EG Current: 5 1/8". Short Term EG Goal: 5.25". Long Term EG: 6

I do it between 40- 90% erect, but vary pressure according to what % I’m at. It varies the whole time as erections do, but I’m not going for erect or flaccid, but more in between.

Do it in every state. It will attack the tissue each time in a different way.
I wont stop my session cause the EQ changed. I will adjust accordingly.

Its obvious that jelqing at 100% shouldnt be done at the same force as with 50% Erection.

That’s is the mindset and how you should think and approach to your session.
