i added back mid erect jelqing because i feel it’s not targeting erect girth any but i keep the flaccid jelqing. when i say flaccid , i mean flaccid , 0% erect , going downward starting from the base with my index and thumb on the sides. i end up turning it into a minor stretch at the end and do it that way on top of a stretching routine , with a week of doing that im noticing a longer and fuller flaccid hang. i have to do it dry because if i use lotion there’s no chance of keeping myself flaccid. i took a break and started back up with stretching and dry flaccid jelqing only at first and my eq shot up through the roof , not that it was bad before but this must be doing something beneficial for growth. im interested in seeing what redfish has to say.
