Jelqing Count

When you count a jelq do you count 1 rep as 1 hand or both hands?

Once you’ve started with one hand at the base and moved to the glans, and place the other hand at the base - that’s one rep. Make sure you place the second hand at the base before letting go of the hand that finished at the glans. Regarding reps, I usually count time, not reps. I’m presently at 28 minutes, and try to count 3-4 seconds for each pass.
