Jelqing, but no stretching
I’m pretty new here and I’m in the business for 2 large months now.
At first I only jelqed and my penis seemed to gain mostly in girth after about 2 weeks when I first started. I was glad it seemed to work since my penis was about 5 inches which is not enough for me. I worked up to 750 jelqs in 6 weeks (doing them on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and on Friday and Saturday) In that period I bruised my penis twice and I waited till the bruises were healed before I continued.
Then I read about the advantages of stretching so I started to stretch but I’d have to work that up again. I started with 30 secs in every direction and an additional 30 secs stretching in front of me. But every time I stretch my penis gets bruised more easily. (It’s just the skin but I don’t want to bruise anything! At all!) The bruises are not so bad from stretching alone but when I jelq afterward the spots get really big and ugly (the worst spots are about 0,25 inch in diameter). Since I take the time to get healed I can only work out 3 days a week. This last week I decided to stop stretching again and guess what, no bruises at all.
I always have to pump blood in my penis to be able to get a hold of my penis to stretch it. I’ve read this makes the penis more vulnerable. Is there any other way to stretch? I am uncircumcised and I always warm up with a hot wrap (drenched in warm water).
I also don’t get why so many guys hang weights. Isn’t pulling the same?
Also I wonder if it isn’t better to work out 3 days a week, giving it a rest every other day? Since it’s those periods of rest we need? I’ve noticed most gains in the first week I started stretching, I had to give it a rest every other day because of the bruises on the skin + I only jelqed 200 times again, but this time slower (I was doing 2 secs/stroke before) to about 3 or 4 secs/stroke.
My penis is already 6 inches now after about 10 weeks (2 big months) and I also gained almost an inch in circumference from about 4 to about 5 inch.

I forgot to add my erections have never been this hard in my whole life! I’ve been doing Kegel exercises also and my erection is pointing more upward too! Great!
