Jelqing Appropriately
I have yet to start the full Newbie routine, as I am waiting for my two weeks to pass, but I am starting to get adjusted to the workouts. I have started to jelq. The only problem is that often I will grab hold of my scrotum as well thus not allowing me to fully jelq.
1. How do I overcome this?
2. What is the right amount of pressure to use as a beginner?
3. How often should I be switching grip styles? (E.G., Underhand, Overhand)
4. I stop just right before the head, correct?
