Hey All,

Just began PE yesterday to mainly see if it can improve EQ but I would definitely not mind some girth improvement since I am 6.75x4.75. I tried to do some light jelqing but found it was hard to really get at the base of the penis since the piece of skin connecting the scrotum to the underside of my penis seems to be a lot farther out than the top base. I feel like I am not getting each grasp on the base like I should be - Is this a common issue? Ways to address it?

Attach your grip a little higher but lightly and pull back, then firm up the grip.

The process of the scrotum rising up the shaft over time due to PE is called ‘turkey neck’ here (for your searching pleasure). Watch out because the skin on the top ot the shaft near the base has a very small area to take the strain, so it stretches too easily. The method mentioned above should help and good lubrication helps but awareness is probably the most important thing.

I’ve found that when I jelq that if I switch to an underhand OK grip, I can get much lower on the base than the standard overhand grip.

Is that considered as effective and safe?

And yeah, the grasping lightly and then pulling back is what I did, but there is much less of a “rhythm” then I have seen with all the videos and stuff out there.
