Jelqing after a shower

I read on this forum somewhere before I was a member that you shouldn’t jelq after you shower. Why is that?

You read something wrong - jelq whenever you want man, this isn’t an exact science yet.

I second Kazooplayer. I’ve never seen that advice here, and I disagree with it in any case. If you’ve got the time and the privacy, I think after the shower is one of the better times to jelq, when your unit is warm and relaxed and flexible.

I use to jelq after a shower, no problem here.

Seems like a perfect time to do it.

Jelqing in the shower or right afterwards is fine, just don’t jelq with soap. That may be what you read, soap dries out the tender skin and causes owies.

Excellent point, SunshineKid. That might have been how Naked Tomato was connecting jelqing and showers.

You can jelq in the shower as well. Think about what sunny posted. Soap and pee holes do not like each other.

I always jelq after the shower. Warmed up = good workout!

If you have to pay for water or have a concern for the environment, jelqing in the shower could be considered a waste. :)

Jelqing after a shower is usually awesome because your penis gets that nice warmup along with your whole body.

I definitely believe that if there is a time to jelq, it is when you have been in the shower for a long time.

Why not jelq while in the shower? I love it, I use the hot water to rewarm myself after each exercise
