“A” stretch is a upside down “V” stretch. Do all kinds of stretches in all directions. I’m glad to see you are enjoying this.

Excellent thread kingpole. I think I am definitely going to jelq a hell of a lot more after reading this thread. I mostly only stretched and ballooned before but now jelqing will be in my routine. I thought stretching brought erect length gains so I focused on that because I am trying to meet my length goal before girth because I’ve heard it’s harder to do lenght if you have a thick dong rather than a thin one.

You are already big in the top 12% welcome to the big boys club, I say this to all who pass the 7” mark bpel. Jelqing will add length to your already large penis.

I have a theory kingpole. I was reading another forum where Bib was replying to peoples posts. He stated that 1 goal of a good way to do a Hanging routine is this.

#1. Stretch the Skin.

#2. Stretch the structures inside the Penis to fill the Skin.

This is my theory. Make alot of skin (Which I do from BTC hanging) Then fill it out with Jelqing. How does that sound? Any opinions anybody? And for those of you that don’t know about skin stretching. If you put the Hanger on really high (I use the Bib Hanger) and do a BTC stretch, You can develop alot of extra skin. Then it would only make sense to fill it out by jelqing. Give me your opinions on this.

King pole you say you only use jelq?? How do you got those stats in lenght with only jelqing?? This is amazing, what routines do you use?? What are you using now?

I’ve used several routine over the years I rotate them every six weeks. But I do some form of jelqing in all of them. The trick is to jelq as slow as you can. And I only do this three days per week to allow for plenty of rest. When I started the newbie program over two years ago I did it four days per week 2 days on two days off.

Out of curiosity what are your stats?

17cm in lenght and 15 cm in base girth, sometimes I measure a little more of this, I cannot get a very accurate result, but this is the worst case!

Fluctuations in penis size could be indicator of growth, when you get your greatest measurement cement it in by doing a 3 day per week maintenance program of stretching and jelqing.

I am doing 1 on, 1 off, good too or I should try this routine?, I have a basic routine of 30 min of jelq. And after this I jelq and hold.

Just one more thing, this 17 cm in lenght is not bone pressed! 17cm=6,693inch

You are probably 7.5” given that most fat pads are about an inch.

Kingpole but one thing I don’t get it, I am a normal guy, 182cm by 155 pounds, do I have to consider the fat pad?? That why I just only use the NBPL

When you have sex the fat pad is displaced and the woman feels full penis contact. Your thin w/n normal weight you probably have no more than an inch of a fat pad. If it is more than an inch and this needs to be reduced do aerobic exercise s/a walking,swimming,jogging.And strength training exercise.This will reduce the thickness of the fat pad revealing your true size.

So to keep track of true progress you need a a bone press measurement. For example mine is about 7.80” NBPEL 8.25” BPEL.
