Jelqing advice

I know but always when I start a stretch routine again it blows up my erection!! Any advice?? Continue only on jelqing?

Masturbate first, ejaculate, this will dispel the excitement.

Actually you could wait tell the erection subsides and stretch w/a 30% erection, this is ok.

Kingpole I have another concern!! When I start to jelqing my erection does not gown up, instead goes down! Then I masturbate myself to maximum erection and then jelq until subside, it takes 10 jelq more or minus!! This is right?? Another thing, 10~15 sec, it’s not much for one jelq?

Yes, this sounds good, kegal after, also kegal with a flaccid penis throughout the day.

Whom 10-15 second per jelq is not enough for you, then go 15-30.

This erection not going up, is not a big concern jelqing with a partial erection is better for gains. Say about 50-70%.

I’ve just been doing PE for a bit over a month and have noticed more veins and a heavier flaccid hang in that time.

However I only just started doing the jelqing in the way Kingpole describes here for the last 5 days.
This seems to have many times the effect of the ‘normal’ jelq, the pressure is much higher, and the pressure is already high in the beginning of the jelq-stroke.
Which should logically benefit the base-girth more.

Since doing the jelqing this way, only for the last 5 days!! I have definitely increased my girth and flaccid hang, a LOT!
(I haven’t measured but it’s obvious because I cannot get my fingers all around anymore!)

I am well aware it will be different for everyone, but for me this method works. I’m having a 2 day break now and can’t wait to pump up the volume again. :)

Ok, I know this is a “jelqing advice” post, but when I saw this it got me thinking. I actually don’t seem to remember coming across anything that said what erection level to have while stretching. I just did a search but could not find exactly what I was looking for in terms of erection level. What do you use for example kingpole? I think right now I am using about only 30%, but has gotten me thinking that perhaps 50% is better? Thanks again to everyone who replies.

Actually you don’t have to have an erection level. 30% is a suggestion, alot of guys have somewhat of an erection when stretching, some don’t. It should be longer and a bit thicker at the end of the session before starting the jelqing.

I don’t know about 50% for stretching, 50% is good for jelqing.

Thank you all guys! You don’t get me kingpole, I say 10~15 it’s to MUCH. If I have to every time masturbate me to make my erections goes up to during my jelqing exercise, this is not bad right?

Another thing that always bother me, when Kegeling in PE exercises (I always kegel before the exercises) you must do while you perform the exercise, after or before?
