Jelqing 3 days a week enough

Is it enough say, M/W/F to jelq or is it perfered 4-5 days. I was leaning towards the 3 day split for recovery?

Kinda confused I’ve heard mixed opinions

I am averaging about that and making progress. I don’t know how long that will continue, but for me I was able to get results like that. What is your jelq routine?

Besides that, you need to go by what your dick feels like. When I was starting I would have tired dick feeling into the morning of the next day (I do my PE after work). In order to minimize the possibility of injury I decided i would not PE on mornings that my dick felt like that. That’s just my standing rule. So that caused me to have at least one day of rest between sessions. Whether that is because of too much PE the day before or too much sex, if it feels tired then it gets a day off.

There is a theory about toughening of the tissues too. Where you should go as easy as possible while you are still making gains and then crank up the intensity only when you plateau to discourage early toughening. This theory is usually applied to the adding of clamping or pumping or what not, but I apply it to stretching and jelqing too.

Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

I jelqed every day in the shower for about 20 mins. I never saw the point of stopping the expansion process for more than a day at any time. That is, unless you are experiencing the often stated negative PI’s.

2/11/11: 7.75" BPEL, 6" BSEG, 5.5" MSEG

6/4/11: 8.4" BPEL, 6.375" BSEG, 5.8" MSEG

Just started again, another new measurement coming soon; I'm pretty close to that June '11 though.

If you are not getting any benefits, then you may have to up the amount and/ or frequency. As with all things PE, do what works best for you.
