Is jelqing 10 min a day (every other day) enough?

It will help but a settled routine may be better.

I have gained at 10 minutes per day, but 5 on 2 off schedule. It’s enough for some, but probably not most.

Enough for what early? I’d say it’s definitely enough to help with eq.

It’s good to start out and get a bit seasoned with. EQ would see a constant benefit too. But to grow, you may see a little at the beginning but I think you would stagnate relatively fast.

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.
