My right index finger is kinda sore and stiff from doing jelqs, feels just like trigger finger syndrome. Has anybody experienced this?

No but I had experienced a sore/stiff feeling on the inside of my palms. Probably because of too much pressure.

Not yet, but I have just started myself. Maybe try and alternate the pressure you put on your index finger. Try transferring some of the pressure to your middle finger and go back and forth. If my had gets tired, I just switch hands.

Imagine going to a doctor with arthritis and explaining to him how it happened!

Well see doc. I’ve been pulling my penis for 2 years.

This is actually a sub-category of the debilitating condition know as ‘Wankers Cramp’ - what I suffer in that way no tongue can tell.

Maybe your hands need to get used to this new type of exercise?

Hey there, in fact I actually seem to have the same pain/stiffness now more as opposed to when I first started the jelqs. It’s perfectly normal, it’s just that your fingers and hands haven’t gotten use to these stresses. Just like when you exercise a muscle with more weight then it has bared, it gets sore and stiff. I do around 525 jelqs and sometimes it can get tiring.

My advice is when you start to feel it beginning to get sore and stiffing up, just stop jelqing for a sec and sort of move your index finger up and down, bending it and just sort of massaging it. Let it relax, and what I actually do is I switch it up by using the middle finger instead. It works great for me especially when you switch between them.

Great advice all around.

The only other suggestion is to not grip so hard, and/or do less jelqing. If your finger can’t take it, why should your penis?

I actually get the same problem. Are you doing dry jelqs by the way? I usually just crack my knuckle and rest for a second and then continue. If you have the same thing as me the pain isn’t that bad, just annoying.

I’m doing wet jelqs. Yeah, actually I don’t notice it while I’m jelqing, it’s afterwards. But I’m on my 2 day break and it’s feeling better. Hopefully it’s just temporary.

My fingers used to hurt in the beginning when doing dry jelqs. But I am used to them now. So just give it some time. Rest your fingers a couple of minutes if they get sore.
