Jelq

Can someone please tell me exactly what jelqing is? I just checked out this site and it sounds great.. i believe the info here can help me alot, but i just don’t understand or know alot of the terms used. I can infer that jelqing involves holding thumb and forefinger just below head of dick, and somehow stretching or stroking it… but thats all. I checked through many postings and also the FAQ but havent cleared it up. I’d appreciate someone responding about this so i can get started on the exercises. Thanks

A video is worth 1,000 maybe 2,000 words. Also check out the newbie forum there is much here and it will make it easier.

Another great place to look for instructions on jelqing and other PE exercises is soon2b9’s A Quickstart Guide to Manual Exercises. For jelqing, I would advise watching the video goingforit recommended and also reading the How to jelq thread.
