Jelq variations, loose skin

I was just jelqing and I’ve realized that my shaft skin is moving and bunching up behind my glans. I am circumcised. I’m wondering if there are any adverse affects to PE if I held my shaft skin taut with one hand at the base of the shaft while I jelq with the other hand? This way seems to have less of a donut effect and less of a pinching feel at the circ scar. I’m also wondering if there is a well to jelq so that when I do get larger, ill have less loose skin. Thanks.

I have the same problem too, except I’m not circumcised. When I do hold the base with one hand and jelq, It feels as if the skin on my shaft stretches as well but I’m not sure
