Jelq Technique; My Way
Hi, I wanted to ask you guys if I am doing it all right or should I change courses.
I do 150-200 jelqs on a one day on one day off basis, I start my jelqs with 30% erection( usually 20-25) and rest at 70ish for the most part of my session. I use a very firm grip and perform my jelqs with intensity (pressure). I believe my penis can take some rough exercises and beating. I don’t have any pain during or after the session nor do I get any negative PIs ( no turtling, usual routine of morning wood).Sometimes, I even sneak in 5-10 jelqs at 90%+, but with a very light grip and soft pressure. I have yet to measure my results, but I will do so in a months time (I do jelqs in stealth, so will get the measurements when I get the chance), I can say that there are some visual signs which I am seeing ; more plump penis, better flaccid hang etc
Goals: Better overall penis health, veiny penis , gain in length and girth will come eventually, I guess.
