Before I jelq my penis is 4 inches flaccid and after I jelq my member in the flaccid state grows to 5 1/4 inches in length. I use my hands and hold each jelq for 3 seconds. I was wondering which method, by Hand or some sort of jelqing tool (please name product in your post), is the most effective way to jelq. For this survey i would like each post to list
