Bit of a newbie here, been doing this for 3 months now. Only stretching using the Size Genetics, and Jelqing.
I was wondering what people experienced with PE think of stretching.. My goal is to gain 1.5 inches over the long run (2 years ?) in a safe way.
I also have little time to spend with my weiner so the stretching is idea as I could put it on when I work from home in the evening..
I put it on for 1-2 hours a day and rest 1-2 days a week.

Is there something I need to add to realize major gains ?

Yes you need to keep increasing both your time in the SG extender and jelqing in order to see gains.


Reject the basic assumptions of civilizations, especially the importance of material possessions.

Have you seen success stories ON THIS FORUM from the extender ? Are you one ?

It seems to me here people believe more in hanging, clamping, and extreme jelqing

There are plenty of us who stretch either manually or with devices. Hanging isn’t terribly different from stretching. If you read the newbie routine then you would see that stretching is part of the beginning process. Good luck and remember to read and use the search engine!

How long do people do stretching in the extender for.. I have been wearing it for an hour, I take out for 5/10mins and put it another house, around 5 times a week.
I have been doing that for 2/3 months now. I wonder whether I am overdoing it, or underdoing it .

As long as you have a warm dick and it maintains a color better than dark purple/black. It is hard to say what you should do. I would adjust it as tight as I can without it being painful and wear it as long as you can. Again this is my personal methodology. You have to find what is safe & good for you. I would call myself an extreme jelqer not because of the force I use but because of the amount I do. Not that I haven’t done some extreme pressure jelqing. I do that on occasions and I liken it to the clamping process.

Do I need to take off days with the extender

I’m also using the pro extender combined with jelqing and stretching 2 to 3 times a day. Its been said to see permanent gains with the extender you should use it 6 hours a day minimum.(Not in the begining, I would suggest 6 hours a day when ur penis is already conditioned)

I’ve learned to watch and listen to how my penis responds. If my dick can take 8 hours of the extender a day, I will leave it on. If it starts hurting I take it off or ease the pressure/weight. Everyone is different, but if you’ve been at it for 3 months you should try amping it up a few more hours a day. If you do some research you will find; to see results with an extender you’ll need to use the extender for longer hours. But then again, that’s just my opinion. Don’t go get yourself hurt if your penis can’t take it
