I’m not really sure what to look for as far as how much force/strength to use when jelqing.. Mainly I just wrap my hand around it and look for engorgment.. But how much? I also do Uli’s after jelqing, about 50 uli’s.. When sliding up slowly, I feel a stingy feeling in the glans.. Is that to much force.or is that when I know I’m at the right amount?

I just don’t want to

A. Get hurt.

B. Waste time with to weak of PEing.

Well if you feel pain then that is a little bit to much force. The worst thing you can do is over do it. Your dick has to get used to PE and then you will grow. But that is too much force, you shouldn’t be in pain just take it easy and your not waisting your time if you take your time. And welcome.


Ulis are advanced exercises and shouldn’t be performed by newbies. Newbies should do the newbie routine. Also when you ain’t a newbie anymore, which your join date implies, 50 Ulis are way to much. 10 should be enough.

You shouldn’t feel a stringy feeling, it is a sign of overdoing it.

How much force/strength ? Well its something difficult to come up with. Its a matter of feel. Most guys,IMo get a hang of it by trial and error. The error, sometimes could be costly. Ideally, you would need to have a grip that would allow for free movement of your hand from the base to glan in about 3 seconds. If its too tight, you can feel it when your head gets very engorged by blood filling and vice versa. If you are over working then you’ll have less erection strength, may not get morning wood etc. Watch for these signs.

Walk slowly but never backwards.

It’s be great if there was some signs to look for that would tell you that you were using the correct amount of force.
