Jelq-squeeze and other question
Right now, my only girth exercises are
- 15min Jelq
- 4 ferrari pumps (hold under glans, pump PC, trap at base and hold 12secs)
I saw the jelq-squeeze on this site, seemed nice. But I didn’t get information on how many reps should be done or how many reps before starting to kegel etc…
Any of you done that exercise well and gained? What better exercise is there?
I simply cannot do the Uli’s because no mater how hard I squeeze, I can get my hand all the way up the glans… It’s just like a jelq for me.
I recently switched to a 2/1 routine, instead of 3/1…
Then I think I have seen some gains, although not sure it’s because the change.
Is the daily order (2/1, 4/2) crucial for difference, could one give zero gains while the other works??
