Jelq Sqeeze video question
Hey guys.. Just a quick question about the Jelq Squeeze video which can be found in the video section.
The description of the Jelq Squeeze from the FAQ:
The Jelq squeeze is an exercise developed by HughJorgan9. It target’s girth well, and is easy to comprehend if a little hard to accomplish initially. With practise it can be very effective, so effective in fact that beginning PEers should be very wary of it.With a partial erection, create a grip at the base to trap the blood. With the other hand perform a normal jelqing motion, above the first hand. Swap hands every 5 or so strokes. Normal jelqing uses fresh blood with each stroke, this method traps the blood and increases the pressure dramatically.
The video follows this description perfectly but at 0:21 he performs a kegel them seems to pinch/squeeze the shaft at various locations.
Why does he does this? What exactly is he doing?
Perhaps it has something to do with the word “tourniquet” which I don’t fully understand.
Just looking to do something relatively simple and not as extreme as clamping etc to start focusing on girth, fairly happy with my gains from stretching/jelqing so far, started off at about 6” BPEL and now it’s about 6.5” BPEL - had some higher results achieved when seriously erect but I think it’s more fair and honest to myself to take the measurement I get most. I have a modest length goal of 7” he he..
It’s just the girth of my penis that I’m not entirely happy with.. It’s not a pencil but it’s not exactly close to being thick either, the girth midway up the shaft is about 4.5” (5.2 base and 4.2 below head) - I’d be so happy with 7x5 - I’m just too hesitant and paranoid to try the more extreme looking methods (although I’ll be careful with this one).
Oh and instead of making a new thread, I’ll ask here too.
My stretching routine is basically a minute of the following: directly up (and then to the left and right) BTC (and then to the left and right) straight outwards (then to the left and right) then a minute of rotary stretching. Repeat 3 times, shaking the penis after each stretch (takes a lot of the discomfort away for me)
This has worked great for me but I no longer seem to feel the stretch like I used to which is frustrating and disappointing because I feel like it has worked well for me and it’s my favorite part of PE. Any suggestions on how I could progress with this? I thought maybe hold the stretch for longer but is there any point if I don’t seem to feel it as much?
