Jelq speed

What speed is the best for jelquing? I have been doing each jelq at 2 seconds but I read they should be no less than 3 seconds.? Input please.

I go with three seconds (edit: or more). Any less and I don’t feel as if I’ve worked my penis out enough. Plus, when you do quicker strokes, you risk lapsing into masturbation speeds.

I can ejaculate from any speed. It’s more a control issue and that is edging. I let it rise and fall. My jelqs vary. I do 100 with one hand and position then change hands, grip and speed. Sometimes I use two hands. For a start I would work at 3 seconds for a marker. That, kegels and consistent workouts!
