Jelq Pressure Problems Sudden Turkey Necking

I wish my first post could’ve been under more auspicious circumstances, but this morning has been a bit alarming.

I’ve been jelqing and stretching for three months now, building up from 50 every other day, to 200-300 (depending on time) every other day, mostly dry jelqs during bathroom breaks at work. Initially, my jelqing sessions felt quite productive; I could feel the pressure building as I continued my “ok” grip stroke up from the base to beneath the glans. I don’t measure based on a theory I have, but there have been substantive girth improvements much to my girlfriend’s delight.

The last two weeks however, I seem completely unable to grip with enough pressure to actually feel anything, and it feels like my jelqing has been largely a waste of time. I usually jelq with about a 60-70% erection, so lately I’ve been trying wet jelqs at about 90-100%.

The first few times I did this, I soon noticed some “turkey necking”, although it wasn’t too terrible looking aesthetically. Today, after only 150 jelqs, my penis is quite sore and the turkey necking is very pronounced and uneven. I am very concerned that I may have made this condition permanent. The posts I’ve read thus far seem to deal with men who’ve had turkey neck prior to PE, not as an apparent result, so I’m wondering if this could just be temporary, and if not, what I can do to correct it.

Also, assuming all goes well after I rest up for a couple of days, the inability to exert effective pressures when jelqing is also a concern. Should I just move on to clamping at this stage, or are there alternatives I could consider?

There are ways to stretch the skin back I believe. There’s all kinds of threads about it on here.

Do an advanced search on turkey neck and search titles only. You should get over 50 threads dealing specifically with the subject of turkey neck.

Well I’m uncut and have it mildly b4 starting jelqing. So what I’m doing is, holding the skin right back with my left hand so it’s unable to ride up and just wet jelq with my right hand. It’s quite hard to get the hang of. Also at the end I stretch the skin down abit. You grab around that area, careful not to get any pipes or w/e from down there and pull down for about 30 seconds. I only do it a couple of times but it’s supposed to help. But it will make your balls hang down lower if you successfully do it. You should see results after a few weeks.

Thank you very much. I was mostly curious about turkey necking resulting from PE as opposed to it being a prior condition, but the stretches will nonetheless help.

I would also like any suggestions for applying sufficient pressure for my jelqing that doesn’t involve dangerously high erection levels. Or should I switch to another method at the point?

I’d like to make a suggestion to the moderators to warn the newbies reading the Jelq and Jelqing instructions that jelqing exacly like written there is the fastest way to get a turkey neck! The description of the routine should be modified to prevent shifting the skin up the shaft.

I never had turkey neck before PE, but after less than a month of jelqing I had alarming signs. Unfortunately, I read about the turky neck only after it already happened. I think the early gains also had a contribution to developing one. The good news is that after learning to hold the skin from moving up during jelqing, the turkey neck did not extend any more, on the contrary, it seemed to regress.

Luckily i’ve read about it and im only in my 2nd week or so of jelqing. Its really hard to hold the skin down especially when both hands are lubricated (since i like to alternate hands abit) and holding the skin back makes it harder to jelq the whole length of my member.
