Can jelqing without stretching gain length? I find stretching more tiring than jelqing. Does 300 of jelqing per day enough? I’m on my 2nd month now.

Yes, only jelqing can give you gains but doing both stretching and jelqing gives you way better results.

Your amount of 300 jelqs is a little high, lower it to 200 and add 50 when you feel that your dick can handle it.

I can handle 300 jelqs, but other says that only stretching can let you gain length, jelqs only gain girth. I have been jelqing now for 2 months and still no gain in length. Is that possible?

I’ve recently cut out stretching as I find them very uncomfortable and tiring too. I now exclusively perform a jelq only routine which consists of performing ONLY 160 strokes and man…the gains are VERY noticable!!! I’ve noticed how my erect length has increased dramatically - although I haven’t measured yet - & my girth has increased, to my surprise, since strictly performing a jelq only routine! I can SEE & FEEL the difference & that puts an almighty grin on my face!:D

I’ll definately adhere to this routine & slowly increase my jelqs by 10 strokes every couple of months. I personally don’t see the point in doing say, 300-500 strokes, it all comes down to the quality of your performance.

Jelqing at a low erection level (20-40%) gives you mostly length gains.

Of course it is possible to see no gains after 2 months, just continue PE, the gains probably come eventually.

Tnx for the tip, can you give me a list excercise with only jelq routines, I don’t like stretching. I also find the newbie routine very tiring. Can you please give me a routine for jelqing only

The newbie routine is necessary to condition your penis. Stick with it for at least 3 months to condition your penis for other exercises.

Tnx?? Man Dont you get tired of jelqs? You need a bigger dick? Learn to work for it man. It doesnt come without you putting in effort. The newbie program is made so that you condition your dick for advance exercises. Also, The newbie routine will help you gain length if done properly. Stick to low erection jelqs. Two months is very little time in which you must judge your progress. People here have taken years to get solid gains. Dont expect 2 inches in 6months without effort.

Stretching is good for length gains. So do them even if you are bored or tired.
