Jelq once every 3 days?

Has anyone ever tried such a minimalist routine? I ask because my body can’t seem to tolerate even a 1 on 1 off 10min jelq only routine. I also do 5 min warm up and warm down. Heck my body doesn’t even seem to like the same routine mon, weds and fri. I also don’t jelq too hard and consider myself a PE veteran who’s read extensively and experimented with technique and routines since 2002. The only conclusion I can think of is a undiagnosed medical problem that prevents my body from recovering like everyone else.

So I ask has anyone tried, or know someone who’s succeeded in say a 1 on 2 off routine? Or maybe its my time to try this out and report my findings in this thread.

I don’t really get how people feel tired from jelqing. Personally, I do only 40 jelqs and use an amount of force I know won’t hurt me or even cause any stress. How many jelqs do you do per session and how much pressure do you apply?


start stats :7.7x5.8 (2014-06-02 ) / Short term goal : 8x6 (achieved on 2014-06-14 and 2014-04-23 respectively)

Mid term goal : 8.5x6.5 (achieved on 2020-06-21 after 6 years break.)

Long term goal : 9x7

I don’t keep count, but the time is always 10 minutes of slow 2-3 second jelqs. Intensity is about medium I’d say- not too much to feel pain, but also enough to see and feel expansion. Usually right after the session I feel fine, but then it takes me a few days for my morning wood and EQ to come back. It’s a very weird pattern for me and currently am experimenting with argnine and fish oil to hopefully shorten recovery time.

Aim for 40 jelqs and try to make them last 10 seconds. Focus on feeling the blood flowing, and the tissue expansion..

10 second jelqs? Wow that’s a first, but I know everyone is different and you can’t argue with results. I have serious doubts I could even stay hard enough to do such slow jelqs but will give it a try on my next third day.

That’s what was recommended on Cheeky Cherry when I started. Not keeping an erection should be the last of your problems when you start. On the opposite, ejaculating could be a problem.

Thanks for the advice Belli. I was thinking last night and may have come up with a theory on what’s happening with me. My diet is pretty bad overall and I’m a pretty heavy drinker, so when I jelq I’m assuming the constant exchange of fresh blood to my penis, along with the post session repair process, is burning up what little nutrients I have. This is why my dong feels pretty good right after a jelq session but then the next few days it feels lifeless as my body slowly restores vital nutrients. This is just my theory at the moment and will continue experimenting with different routines, diet and technique.

Anyone else have an opinion on this subject? Hmm maybe it’s because my post count isn’t high enough to post in the main forum?

Here is my opinion. Jelq three days a week. Start with 30 dry jelqs. See how that goes for a month.

Fuck your diet. You should eat clean and exercise but if you don’t want to fuck it. Do only one thing. Drink lots of water.

I am right there with you. I meant it like this. If he doesn’t WANT to have a healthy diet and exercise the LEAST he can do is drink lots of water. The least.Perhaps I was clear now.

The diagnosis is pretty obvious. Poor diet and heavy drinking. And that is a medical fact.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hi my friend, this is a topic that I know firsthand; my liver was wasting so much energy to metabolize that shit.:)

Alcohol and sex life (including PE) are enemies. They get along like North Korea and South Korea.

And the water is not an effective solvent for certain problems.

You ain’t going nowhere without water. Of course you have to exercise. Of course you have to eat clean, not drink alcohol and not smoke.

But even if you do all of those and not drink enough water then well……

Anyone care to try them without adequate amounts of water? I’ll be happy to hear what happened to you say…in a few weeks time.

I apologize for the tone, if there is any, but I find that water is highly underestimated. Perhaps it’s because, I don’t know…it’s fucking free and does so much good to you?

Perhaps next time anyone who wakes up at night cause he had a few more drinks than usual or ate something very salty-junk food, should , I don’t know run for half a mile and then go back to sleep or perhaps eat some brocolli and go back to sleep.?

If you are dehydrated then simply you are fucked. Nothing works right. Exercise as much as you like, eat as clean as you like, hell, even pray for god given wisdom or make a pact with Satan to live a long healthy life if you like.. you are still fucked.
